The productive technique adopted to obtain the Reolì fats, is based on the use of emulsifiers of vegetable origin and palm free able to solubilize in the oil and developing inside a crystal network, that increases its consistency up to a semi–solid state.
The process is merely based on physical mechanisms and does not cause any chemical recombination of the fatty acids present in processed oils, nor does it change the organoleptic characteristics of the finished product regarding the starting oils.
In the new plant an innovative continuous cycle plant, automated in all its operating phases, has been realized with equipment specifically developed for the industrial realization of the patended structuring technique of vegetable oils.
Reolì also has a storage system of the oils and a processing line-product operating aseptically under inert gas (nitrogen).
